There are many fantastic trainers in Colorado and across the nation! I just want you each to know that I am here (not retired..)!  It’s amazing when I hear ladies call me and reveal what they think they have to pay for Competition Prep and posing. I just sit back and ask “Why?”

You have options! I can help you with your prep from start to finish and yes at a reasonable rate! Finding the right trainer for you can make a world of difference. Its not always about being the cheapest or the most expensive .. you have to go with what feels right!  You need to do the interviewing!   Keep in mind the trainers experience.. have they been on stage, do they know what it takes, are they classy, do they have positive relationships in the industry, are you a number, is your trainer uplifting etc. Please consider these factors when deciding your next coach!        All My Best, Heather Mae~

Irina and I have been working together for a few years and she pushes the envelop every time with her hard work and dedication! I am so proud to say that she is a true friend and inspiration to many women including myself! Irina plans to compete at the USA’s this July. Since the Colorado 5280 Angels work with Oddo’s Angels I am so anxious as to the future of Irinas path.

It is with very careful thought that I decided before the 2011 season that I would be taking a leave of absence. Recently married, my husband Rick and I are planning to have a child.  I have and will always be in incredibly thankful on every level imaginable with regard to what I was able to achieve and experience within my sport. I have many, many fond memories since I turned pro in 2006! I am so happy and so great full for every time I was able to grace the stage of the IFBB. My memories are worth more than any lottery ticket could have ever provided.  The past 4 years I have stepped on over 20 stages (some of them being the same) and astonishingly won 5 shows and maintained a title in figure for 3^rd in the World over two consecutive years! That’s amazing to me and more than I could have ever asked for!

With the help of FMG, I was given even further opportunities that I never thought were possible. Having a dream of becoming a world class athlete, consideration into main-stream publications, introduced to a fantastic sponsor Species Nutrition, fantastic trainer Kim Oddo “Oddo’s Angels.”   In every angle of my career it was like my second-family.

I am so pleased to annouce my wrap up for the 2010 Season still holding the amazing title as 3rd Place Ms. Figure Olympia! This has been a challenging year having competed in 5 shows, started a new job full-time sales career and of course having a beautiful daughter that is now in Jr. High! I feel very blessed and I am so thrilled to have all of my fans support from around the world. I plan to bring a solid package to the 2011 Ms. Figure International!  With the help and support from my trainer Kim Oddo, FMG, Species Nutrition, my Fiancee Rick, Daughter Autumn and all my Family and Friends … let me not forget the One that makes this all possible Our Lord.  Much Love ~ Heather Mae

Hi Everyone,

I have returned back from the Ms. International and I placed 3rd!! It was a magnificent experience! Last year I placed 3rd at this show and this year up to 3rd! Hats off to Ms. International Nicole Wilkins-Lee and runner up Ms. Erin Stern.  Everyone looked so amazing and I wish you all could have been there! Next stop for me New Zealand Pro March 20th!
